A brand kit and a voice for every client
Each client carries its own brand kit (logos, style graphics, templates, colors) and its own voice. Upload a client's voice document and Arena turns it into an editable Voice Card, alongside a knowledge document of the client's facts.
Drafts from source material
Drop in a PDF, a Word document, an email, or pasted text, and Arena builds a batch of ready-to-edit drafts. Pick several clients and one source produces drafts for each of them, every one in that client's own voice.
Generate from an idea
Type the idea and Arena Intelligence returns one to three variations in the client's voice. Then one-tap rewrites: shorter, punchier, more formal, add a CTA, add hashtags, adapt for a platform. Live character counts for every platform as you go.
On-brand graphics, real logos
AI graphics built on the client's brand, with the client's real logo composited in. The logo is never drawn by Arena Intelligence. Every graphic is sized for the platform it's going to: 4:5, 1:1, 9:16, and 1.91:1.
One calendar, every client
Every client on one calendar, each in its own color. Filter to one client or any combination. The Queue holds what's waiting on approval; Drafts holds what's still being written.
Approvals from a link
Each client gets a secure link to their own posts. They approve, request changes, or comment right there. No login, no account, no email chain.

Does it post for us?
No. Arena Coms prepares every post and leaves the posting to your team: copy for each platform, graphics at each platform's size, a CSV for Buffer or Meta Business Suite, and a one-tap “mark posted” to keep the calendar honest.
Do our clients need accounts?
No. Each client gets a secure link to their own posts, and only their own. They approve, request changes, or leave a comment there, with no login.
Will the graphics mangle a client's logo?
Arena Intelligence never draws a logo. Arena composites the client's real logo file onto the graphic, and sizes every graphic for the platform it's going to.
We handle political clients. Does that work?
Yes. Turn on the optional “Paid for by” disclaimer per post and per graphic, for the clients who need it. It's a toggle, not a default.
