A whip engine with honesty rules
Vote-lean forecasts for every current House member, computed from roughly 27,000 cosponsorship records from the Library of Congress — cosponsorship affinity, party signal, and recorded vote history. The honesty rules are structural: the engine only predicts soft states, confirmed intent and actual cosponsorships are facts it never overrides, and every forecast carries its confidence and plain-language drivers a staffer can overrule in one click.
Briefings researched live, not templated
The first time a meeting briefing opens, Arena Intelligence researches the principal on the live web — background, the organization, the district connection, your office's own history, anticipated asks, sensitivities — grounded in what the research actually returns.
