Every draft is written from that client's own Voice Card, a voice document you upload that Arena distills into a card you can edit, along with the client's facts, style rules and recent approved posts. One client's material never shapes another client's post.
A brand kit for every client.
Each client carries its own kit: color and white logos, style graphics, templates and a media library, plus palette, fonts, dos and don'ts. Paste a client's website and Arena pre-fills the palette, fonts and a draft Voice Card. Graphics are built on the kit and sized for the platform they are going to, at 4:5, 1:1, 9:16 and 1.91:1. The client's real logo file is stamped on afterward. Arena Intelligence never draws a logo.
Every client on one calendar.
One calendar for the whole roster. Every client has a color that follows it everywhere, so a week reads at a glance. Filter to one client or any combination, and the same filter carries over to the Queue and Drafts. Status, type and platform filters narrow it further. Ten platforms are covered: X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Truth Social and Bluesky, each with its own live character count.
Approvals without another login.
Each client gets a private link scoped to its own posts and nothing else. No account, no login, no email chain. The client approves, requests changes or leaves a comment, and Arena records who did it and when. A link can expire, and can carry a password when you want one.
Newsletters, email-ready.
Build a client's newsletter from the posts you already have, with story blocks drafted from that client's own content. Arena renders it as one fully formatted HTML email, branded per client, with a desktop and a mobile preview drawn from the same HTML. Download the file or copy the HTML, then paste it into the email platform the client already uses.
You press post: copy for each platform, graphics at each size, CSV export for Buffer or Meta Business Suite, and a calendar feed per client.

Drafts from source material
Drop in a PDF, a Word document, an email, or pasted text, and Arena builds a batch of ready-to-edit drafts. Pick several clients and one source produces drafts for each of them, every one in that client's own voice.
Generate from an idea
Type the idea and Arena Intelligence returns one to three variations in the client's voice. Then one-tap rewrites: shorter, punchier, more formal, add a CTA, add hashtags, adapt for a platform. Live character counts for every platform as you go.

Does it post for us?
No. Arena Agency prepares every post and leaves the posting to your team: copy for each platform, graphics at each platform's size, a CSV for Buffer or Meta Business Suite, and a one-tap “mark posted” to keep the calendar honest.
Do our clients need accounts?
No. Each client gets a secure link to their own posts, and only their own. They approve, request changes, or leave a comment there, with no login.
Will the graphics mangle a client's logo?
Arena Intelligence never draws a logo. Arena composites the client's real logo file onto the graphic, and sizes every graphic for the platform it's going to.
We handle political clients. Does that work?
Yes. Turn on the optional “Paid for by” disclaimer per post and per graphic, for the clients who need it. It's a toggle, not a default.
