ARENA REAL ESTATE · FOR REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS

EARLY ACCESS

Your listings. Your clients. Your morning.

Your own app for marketing and client care. Arena Real Estate drafts the posts, flyers and newsletters for every listing, checks them before you approve, and lines up your day in one morning queue. Your clients get a private app with your name on it.

ARENA CLOCK——

Every month, a market update. Every morning, a queue.

Five parts of your day.

A plan for every listing.

Every listing gets a campaign of up to 20 planned posts, drafted from the listing record. When the price or status changes, say the home goes under contract, the plan redraws, and any earlier post that now says something different is flagged Out of date, so a stale post never goes unnoticed.

Checked before it can be approved.

Every post, newsletter and flyer is checked before it can be approved: fair housing, your brokerage disclosure, listing facts against your record, and link destinations. A plain protected-class preference blocks approval. A judgment call is flagged, and you approve it with a reason on the record. Edit it afterwards and it is checked again. A safety net, not legal advice.

Your day, in one list.

Open Today and the work is lined up: clients who wrote to you, follow-ups due, and approved posts to put out, in the order you work them. A morning push carries the counts only, and post insights to enter come up at two and seven days.

Nobody goes quiet.

Anniversaries, ninety quiet days, post-closing check-ins and birthdays each arrive with a suggested message in your voice. Copy it, email it, mark it done or snooze it a week. Arena never texts for you, and a suggested message never invents a personal fact.

Your name on their app.

Your clients get a private app with your name on it: the homes you share, chat, a calendar and, for sellers, a weekly report with status, the posts that went out, and the sign-ins, inquiries and showings you recorded. Clients sign in with an emailed code.

It drafts. It checks. You post.

You live this

Between showings, it all piles up.

  1. 01Every new listing means captions, graphics and Reel ideas built from scratch, platform by platform.
  2. 02A fair-housing slip or a missing disclosure is easy to make and hard to catch before you post.
  3. 03The price drops or the home goes under contract, and an old post still says otherwise.
  4. 04Past clients go quiet because no list tells you who is due for a call.
  5. 05New contacts sit in your phone, a spreadsheet, a sign-in sheet and an inbox.
  6. 06Clients text, email and DM you, and sellers wonder what you are doing to sell their home.

Your desk, in one app

Every listing. Every client. One app.

A working agent markets every listing, follows up with every client and keeps up with a past-client list, usually from a phone and between showings. Arena Real Estate puts the marketing, the follow-up and the client conversation in one app, with your name, your voice and your brokerage's disclosure on all of it.

01

A plan for every listing

Up to 20 planned posts per listing. When the price or status changes, the plan redraws and flags the old posts.

02

Drafted in your voice

Arena Intelligence drafts captions, Reel scripts and stories, on graphics built from your own photos.

03

Checked before it is approved

Fair housing, your brokerage disclosure, listing facts and link rules are checked before anything is approved.

04

Flyers and a monthly newsletter

A listing flyer with a QR code, and a monthly market-update email you review, approve and send.

05

The morning queue

Client messages, follow-ups due and posts to put out, in the order you work them.

06

Nobody goes quiet

Anniversaries, 90-day check-ins, post-closing notes and birthdays, each with a suggested message.

07

Everyone in, one drag

Drag in a CSV or a phone-contacts file. Phone-only rows come in, and duplicates are caught by email or phone.

08

Your clients' app

A private app with your name on it: homes you share, chat, a calendar and, for sellers, progress.

09

Sellers see the work

A weekly report per active seller listing: status, posts, sign-ins, inquiries and showings.

And alongside.

Built from published figures you enter, with the source named.

A post that grows your list

A weekly post that grows your newsletter list.

Neighborhood posts

One calendar

Open houses, showings and closing dates, with an .ics feed.

Numbers in 30 seconds

Enter your post numbers quickly, so you see what works.

Built-in checks

Checked before it can be approved.

Every post, newsletter and flyer is checked first. A plain protected-class preference blocks approval. A judgment call is flagged, and you approve it with a reason on the record. Edit it afterwards and it is checked again.

  • Block“adults only” cannot be approved
  • Review“perfect for families” needs a reason
  • Warn“master bedroom” is shown as a note

Examples only, not a complete list. These checks are a safety net, not legal advice. You stay responsible for what you post.

How a post goes out

It drafts. It checks. You post.

Arena Real Estate never posts to a network for you. It gets the post ready, checks it and keeps the record. You put it out by hand.

  1. 01

    Arena drafts it

Caption, graphic and disclosure, from your record.

  2. 02

    The checks run

Fair housing, disclosure, facts and links.

  3. 03

    You approve it

Change a word afterwards and it is checked again.

  4. 04

    You post it

By hand. Arena never posts to a network for you.

  5. 05

    The record is kept

Mark it posted with the live link. Every ad is archived for your broker to review.

One app instead of a stack

What an agent otherwise stitches together.

  • Caption drafts
  • Graphics templates
  • Newsletter builder
  • Flyer template
  • Compliance checklist
  • Contact spreadsheet
  • Reminder list
  • Client messaging
  • Seller update emails
  • Open house calendar

All of it, in Arena Real Estate.

Asked and answered

The questions agents ask first.

Does it post for me?

No. Arena drafts the post and checks it. You approve it and put it out by hand, then mark it posted with the live link.

Will it text my clients?

No. Arena never texts for you. A touch comes with a suggested message you can copy, email, mark done or snooze for a week.

Will it make things up?

Listing facts are checked against your record, a suggested message never invents a personal fact, and a seller report uses only the numbers you recorded.

Can my assistant use it?

Yes. An assistant or content helper can be given limited access.

Is it legal advice?

No. The checks are a safety net for the common slips. Your broker and your own judgment still decide what goes out.
